As a founding director of Traktion, Gareth sits at the centre of it all, leading the advisory charge and helping clients see the bigger picture. With experience working alongside some of Australasia’s top business performers, he brings clarity, structure, and forward-thinking strategy to every stage of the journey.
He combines a passion for new technology, including AI, with smart business strategy to help clients work sharper, move faster, and stay ahead of the curve. His focus is simple: help business owners do what they love and love what they do, knowing they’re on the right track.
Outside the office, you’ll find him on the beach with his kids and German Shepherd, or on the hockey field, bringing the same energy he uses to help clients smash their business goals.

As a founding director of Traktion, Monique leads the people side of business, helping clients build strong teams, healthy cultures, and workplaces that actually work. With a background in law and a sharp instinct for navigating complex situations, she brings clear, practical advice to everything from employment challenges to big-picture people strategy.
Small in stature but fast on the uptake, Mon is known for her quick thinking and ability to read between the lines, she helps business owners get it right with their people so they can grow with confidence.

Megan brings a mix of real-world business experience, creative flair, and sharp people skills, with a knack for turning moving parts into momentum. As Client Success Manager, she focuses on creating clarity, building strong relationships, and ensuring every client feels supported, understood, and a step ahead.
Gizzy-born, she thrives on kid time, friend time, and beach time, ideally all rolled into one. Having married into a Kiwi-Greek family, she she periodically swaps the East Coast for Mediterranean sunshine, spanakopita, and ouzo on the rocks.

Originally from Rotorua, Anna brings a practical, down-to-earth style to her work, with just the right amount of sparkle, which might explain her appreciation for champagne when the occasion calls for it.
Outside the office, she’s all about fresh air and balance, whether that’s horse riding, beach walks, Pilates, or time with her young son, who’s already happiest outdoors with animals.

Lisa is a Client Manager who’s all about backing her clients to win. With experience spanning big names like BNZ and IRD, she brings depth of knowledge and a steady, solutions-focused approach that clients can rely on.
Right now, Lisa is on maternity leave, embracing a new kind of adventure and keeping busy with life at home.
When she’s back in action, you’ll find her delivering client wins with the same energy she brings to everything she does. Outside of work, Lisa loves summer camping trips and spending time with her family and dog Muzzy.
